– The product will not be replaced or returned if the outer packaging is removed.

– Products with special sizes and custom-made details cannot be exchanged or returned.

The customer must read the product specifications carefully before completing the order to ensure that they are compatible with his order.

– Replacement is only made in the event of a manufacturing defect upon the customer receiving the product directly.

 

Cancelling order:

When can I cancel an order?

The customer has the right to cancel the order when it is within 7 days of receiving his order, and in the event that the order is cancelled after it is delivered to the shipping company, only the shipping fees will be calculated and

Can I cancel an order after my order has been shipped?

Yes, you can cancel the order after your order has been shipped, but the grease fee will be deducted.

 

When will the amount paid be refunded to my bank account?

If payment is via Mada, credit card and PayPal:

Payments will be returned to your bank account after cancelling your order for a period not exceeding one to two business weeks from the date of payment. If the period has passed and you have not received any amount in your account, please contact us or review the bank that operates your bank account.

If the payment is made by bank transfer: the payments will be returned to your bank account within 5 days.

 

What are the steps to cancel an order?

1. Click on the account icon at the top of the store, then click (Orders List).

2. Click (Cancel Request) to cancel the request before it enters the execution phase.
