Exchange and Return Policy

Return and exchange policy:

– All products must be returned within a period not exceeding 7 days from receiving the order. In order to preserve the quality of the product and its shelf life, it cannot be returned after that unless there is a problem or defect in the product.

– In the event of a defect or manufacturing error in the product, it will be returned after reporting it.

– Regarding cases in which products cannot be returned

There are a number of specific cases in which a product cannot be returned:

· When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is seven days from the date of receipt regarding the products.

· When the product is used or is not in the same condition as you received it or when the product’s safety sticker is removed.

· Consumer products that have been used or installed.

· Products that have been tampered with and have their serial numbers removed.

Replacement and return does not include accessories/felt – robes – pillows – towels – bedspreads – perfumes.

How can I get a refund if I received an item that was not as it should be or damaged?

When the item reaches you in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, you can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will examine it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the procedures for returning your money to you, whether that which you paid for the item or that which was paid to ship and deliver that item to you.
